FAQs
First Time at Coastal Core
-
Yes. All guests must create an account to purchase class credits and book sessions. You can easily do this through our website using Acuity Scheduling. Once your account is set up, you’ll be able to manage bookings, cancellations, and class packs all in one place.
-
Grip socks are required for every class, as they help with both safety and stability. You can bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio. We also recommend bringing a water bottle, and you can refill it at our filtered water station.
-
If it’s your first class, please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for a quick orientation and to meet your instructor. Returning clients should arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins to get set up. Once class starts, the doors are locked and late entry is not permitted.
-
We offer two options for first-timers:
50% off your first class
2-Week Unlimited Pass (up to 6 classes)
You may choose one of these options. Once you’ve used one first-time offer, the other will no longer be available. Both are designed to help you experience the Lagree Method and find your rhythm on the Megaformer.
Class Credits & Memberships
-
All class packs and memberships can be purchased through our website. Classes must be prepaid, and all sales are final.
-
No. All sales are final and non-transferable. If you cancel within our policy window, your credit will be returned to your account for future use.
-
Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically unless paused or cancelled according to your membership terms. Please review your membership agreement for full details.
Cancellations & Late Policies
-
Classes may be cancelled up to 10 hours before the scheduled start time.
If you cancel within that window, your class credit will return to your account.
If you cancel late or do not show up:
Membership holders: $20 late-cancel or no-show fee
Credit-pack clients: loss of one class credit
Cancellations must be made through your Acuity account. We are unable to process cancellations via email.

About the Workout
-
Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact, full-body workout that strengthens, tightens, and tones your body through slow, controlled resistance-based movements on the Megaformer. Expect deep muscle engagement, improved endurance, and a serious shake, all with minimal stress on your joints.
-
Yes. All of our classes are All-Level Lagree. Instructors guide you through the workout with clear cues, form adjustments, and variations for every fitness level. You’ll be supported from your very first class.
-
Consistency is key. Most clients see noticeable results attending 3 to 5 classes per week. Always listen to your body and allow time for recovery.
